**REGARDING DONATIONS OF EGGS AND POULTRY MEAT:**
We can accept poultry products as food for the patients now, but we would like donors to call ahead 250 337-2021 so we can ask some avian flu screening questions before they go through the effort of bringing these items to us. For example, we can’t accept a chicken that has died on its own (must be culled) or shown any signs of illness prior to to culling.
Urgent Wish List
We urgently need these items to continue caring for sick and injured wildlife:
- Unscented bleach
- Liquid unscented laundry detergent (Tide Pods work well)
- Medium large kennels
- Esbilac puppy milk replacer
- Kitten milk replacer
- Kaytee Exact handfeeding formula
- Dried insects (crickets, mealworms, etc.)
- Frozen fish foods (bloodworms, brine shrimp, etc.)
- Freeze dried tubifex worms
- Heat lamps and red heat bulbs
- White vinegar
- Sandwich or small ziploc bags
- Canola oil
- Vitamin B1
- Clipboards
- Binders (not rusty or cracked)
- Pill crushers
- Feather Fast
- Baby scales
- Nitrile or latex exam gloves
- Sturdy cat trees/condos

Everyday Wish List
The small things really help, and we are always on the lookout for bits and pieces, odds and ends, such as:
- Linens (see the complete list below.)
- Paper towels, tissues, toilet paper
- Garbage bags (small kitchen bags and large black ones)
- Nitrile or latex exam gloves
- Human vitamins or supplements (Vitamin B1, Vitamin D, Vitamin A, Cod Liver Oil with Vitamin A & D, calcium, etc)
- Pet medications (Metacam, Clindamycin/Antirobe, Clavaseptin, Clavamox, Baytril, etc.)
- Food (berries, unseasoned meat/fish, etc)
- Large bird and critter cages (not cracked, broken, or rusted)
- Toddler/pet safe toys
- Stuffed animals (without pellets or beans)
- Any chewable/edible toys for small mammals and birds (available at Featheredaddictions.com)
It is very hard to say no to generous people, but there are just some items we can’t accept! Without your contributions of food, linens, vitamins and cleaning products, we would have to raise thousands of additional dollars. We have limited storage space and some items just don’t benefit our patients
